To use: To use the shower steamers you need to run hot water to fill the space with steam. Then sprinkle some water on the square and let it fizz a little so Essential oils can evaporate and cling to the steam. The shower steamer will fizz and dissolve a little. It can be used in a couple of showers.

Do not pace Shower Steamers under the running water. For best results place it on the shelf around your head level.
