To use: To use the shower steamers you need to run hot water to fill the space with steam. Then sprinkle some water on the square and let it fizz a little so Essential oils can evaporate and cling to the steam. The shower steamer will fizz and dissolve a little. It can be used in a couple of showers.

Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Menthol, Lavender, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Aqua, Mica.

• Turn your bathroom into a steam room. Get the spa effect at home by shutting the door and turning off your bathroom exhaust fan.

• The smaller space you have the more powerful the aromatherapy, smaller bathrooms allow for a steamer to be used more than once. Larger showers will require a whole tablet.
