To use: To use the shower steamers you need to run hot water to fill the space with steam. Then sprinkle some water on the square and let it fizz a little so Essential oils can evaporate and cling to the steam. The shower steamer will fizz and dissolve a little. It can be used in a couple of showers.
Do not pace Shower Steamers under the running water. For best results place it on the shelf around your head level and sprinkle. 

Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Menthol, Cedarwood Essential Oil, Vanilla Oil, Aqua.

• Make sure the water is hot. Remember steam comes from hot water, not the shower steamer. The hotter the water, the steamier the shower!

• Turn your bathroom into a steam room. Get the spa effect at home by shutting the door and turning off your bathroom exhaust fan.

• The smaller space you have the more powerful the aromatherapy, smaller bathrooms allow for a steamer to be used more than once. Larger showers will require a whole tablet.
